ORIENTAL FISH AND VEGETABLE STIR FRY

Recipe Ingredients for ORIENTAL FISH AND VEGETABLE STIR FRY

1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 c. water
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. onion, sliced
1 tbsp. oil
1 lb. halibut, cod or firm white fish fillets, cut into 1 inch chunks
2 c. broccoli

Recipe Directions for ORIENTAL FISH AND VEGETABLE STIR FRY

  1. In small bowl, mix vegetable mix, cornstarch, ginger and garlic powder.

  2. Stir in water and soy sauce, set aside.

  3. In large skillet, heated, cook green onions and broccoli 1 minute or until broccoli is crisp tender. Add soup mixture and fish. Cook, stirring frequently 3 minutes or until fish is tender.

  4. Makes 4 servings.
