Recipe Ingredients for Oriental Coleslaw

16 oz shredded cabbage
6 T rice vinegar
8 green onions
4 T sugar
1/2 c oil
2 tsp salt
172 g (blocks g) ramen noodles
1 c peas
1 small red onion
144 g sunflower seeds

Recipe Directions for Oriental Coleslaw

Chop green onions, shred red onion. Break up noodles in packages (discard seasoning packet). Combine onions, sunflower seeds, peas, cabbage and shredded cabbage. In small bowl combine oil, rice vinegar, salt & sugar. Pour over slaw. Let stand in refrigerator at least 2 hours or overnight. Can add grilled diced cooked chicken for a meal!
