Oriental Chicken Salad. I used Annie's Asian Sesame dressing which is really light in taste.

Recipe Ingredients for Oriental Chicken Salad

1 1/2 cup field greens
2 oz. chicken breasts
1/2 oz almonds
1 oz cherry tomatoes
1 oz red peppers
1 tbsp salad dressing
1/2 oz chow mein noodles

Recipe Directions for Oriental Chicken Salad

  1. cook the chicken breast and dice into small pieces.

  2. chop up the red pepper into pieces.

  3. toss all ingredients in big bowl and enjoy.
