A light zesty take on cole slaw, easy to make.

Recipe Ingredients for Oriental Chicken Cole Slaw with Ramen

1 head,+medium+about+5-3/4"+dia cabbage head
1 cup,+chopped green onions
2 c. boiled or roasted chicken, shredded
1/3 c. vegetable or canola oil
1/4 c. rice vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/6 ounce salt
1/3 c. sliced almonds
3 tbsp. sesame seeds
1 block Ramen Noodles

Recipe Directions for Oriental Chicken Cole Slaw with Ramen

Mix cabbage, green onions and chicken together. Blend oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper together (just before ready to serve). Pour over salad mixture and toss with crushed ramen noodles (discard flavor packet). Add almonds and sesame seeds to taste.
