Recipe Ingredients for Oriental Chicken Breasts

24 oz Chicken
1 1tsp Olive Oil
1 serving Soya Sauce, Lite (V-H)
3 clove Garlic
3 tsp Ginger Root
3 tsp Classic Dijon Mustard

Recipe Directions for Oriental Chicken Breasts

  1. Mix all ingredients, except chicken.

  2. Pour marinade over chicken and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight.

  3. Preheat the grill to medium heat. Grill the breasts for 7 - 8 minutes on each side or until sufficiently cooked.
