Yummy asian coleslaw - savoy cabbage, mandarin oranges and crunchy ramen noodles

Recipe Ingredients for Oriental Cabbage Salad/Slaw

8 c. shredded Savoy Cabbage
1 c. red cabbage, shredded
1 c. carrot, grated
4 green onions, chopped
4 tbsp Sesame Seeds, toasted
1 c. sliced almonds, toasted
1 block Ramen Noodles, Pork
1 1/2 c. Sesame Dressing
2 c. Mandarin Oranges, drained

Recipe Directions for Oriental Cabbage Salad/Slaw

  1. Thinly slice cabbage, add grated carrot, and green onions - toss.

  2. Toast sesame seeds and slivered almonds until lightly brown - add to slaw.

  3. Crumbled noodles over bowl. Add oranges and dressing.

  4. Chill about 1 hr before serving.
