Recipe Ingredients for Oriental Cabbage Salad

454 grams (1/2 head, medium) green cabbage, shredded
6 green onions, chopped
2 ounces (4 tablespoons) unseasoned rice vinegar
2 tablespoons sesame oil
4 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds

Recipe Directions for Oriental Cabbage Salad

  1. Shred cabbage in food processor. Add chopped green onions. Place in bowl.

  2. In measuring glass, whisk rice vinegar and sesame oil. Pour over cabbage/onion mixture. Let sit at room temperature at least one hour.

  3. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
