Chili is vegan and very satifying.

Recipe Ingredients for Organic Tofu Chili

1 tablespoon organic canola oil
14 ounces firm tofu
1 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon dry oregano leaves
1 pinch ground cinnamon
1 medium organic yellow onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic
2 organic carrots, chopped 1/2 inch
15 ounce organic diced tomatoes, canned, with juice
3 cups water
1 tablespoon cocoa powder, such as Droste
15 ounce organic red kidney beans, canned, drained and rinsed
15 ounce organic pinto beans, canned, drained and rinsed
1/2 cup organic cilantro
1 tablespoon organic tomato paste
1 teaspoon organic brown sugar
