All of these ingredients go so well together, it?s amazing! I love cookies and sweets so much but of course most of them are processed and filled with high fructose corn syrup, which is a big no no.

Recipe Ingredients for Organic Protein Cookies

1/4 cup Flax Seeds
1 scoop 100% Whey Protein Powder
1/4 cup Almond Milk
1/2 cup shredded coconut
35 g Brazil Nuts
1 cup Almonds
1 tbsp Coconut Oil

Recipe Directions for Organic Protein Cookies

  1. 1/4 Cup of Flax Seeds / 1 Scoop of Whey (we used chocolate coconut) / 1/4 Cup of Almond Milk / 1/2 Cup of Coconut Shreds / 1/4 Cup of Brazilian Nuts / 1 Cup of Almonds / Coconut Oil

  2. BLEND or process the dry ingredients until it is in powdery

  3. PUT the mixed powder into a bowl and add the almond milk, mix all of the ingredients together

  4. PUT a couple of drops of coconut oil into the muffin holes, and place about a spoonful of the mixture onto the muffin sheet

  5. BAKE for 20-30 minutes or until its golden brown from the top

  6. If you want it to be sweet add some dates (about 5)
