Recipe Directions for Organic Humus

  1. Quarter red bell pepper roast for 30 minutes at 400 with 4 cloves of whole garlic

  2. In food processor combine:

  3. drained Garbanzo beans

  4. garlic, peppers

  5. lime juice

  6. tahini

  7. salt

  8. fresh ground pepper

  9. add olive oil as it mixes till desired consistancy
