Recipe Ingredients for Organic Chili with Grass-Fed Beef

29 oz organic grass-fed ground beef
6 cups tomatoes, chopped
3 cups green peppers, chopped
2 cups onions, chopped
4 cloves garlic, chopped
3 tbsp worchestershire sauce
1 cup water
15 oz cannellini beans
15 oz pinto beans
30 oz black beans
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp salt
2 tsp black pepper

Recipe Directions for Organic Chili with Grass-Fed Beef

  1. Put meat in a soup pot that has been on medium-high heat for a few minutes, stir to break up.

  2. Once the meat is mostly brown, put in the onions and garlic. Stir occasionally for five minutes or so, until the mixture is aromatic.

  3. Put in the peppers and stir for a minute or two.

  4. Put in the tomatoes and stir for a minute of two.

  5. Put in the worchestershire sauce, water and chili powder. Stir and let come to a boil.

  6. Turn down the heat and let simmer until the onions and peppers are very tender, perhaps 20 minutes.

  7. Put in all the beans and the salt and pepper. Stir and let come to a boil again.

  8. Take off the heat when the chili is done to your liking.
