Recipe Ingredients for Orangeade's Potato and Pea curry

3 cups potatoes, boiled
3/4 cup green peas
1/2 cups crushed tomatoes
1 onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoon canola oil
1 1/2 tsp ginger
1 1/2 tsp garlic

Recipe Directions for Orangeade's Potato and Pea curry

  1. Heat the oil. Fry 2 bay leaves and 1.5 tsp cumin seeds until fragrant.

  2. Add chopped onion, 1 tsp tumeric, 1.5 tsp garam masala, and 1 tsp coriander. Cook, stirring, until onions are soft and slightly brown.

  3. Add tomatoes, garlic and ginger. Cook another 5 minutes.

  4. Add potatoes and peas. Cook, stirring, 5 minutes.

  5. Add two cups water, bring to a boil, and simmer until consistency is thick.
