Recipe Ingredients for Orange Tofu Stir-fry

14 oz firm tofu
2 carrots
1/2 c orange juice
1/4 c water
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp hot sauce
2 tsp cornstarch

Recipe Directions for Orange Tofu Stir-fry

  1. Slice carrots. Boil in water until soft.

  2. Mix juice, water, soy sauce, hot sauce, and cornstarch.

  3. Heat carrots and diced tofu in a pan. Pour sauce over and stir until thickened.
