Tilapia fillets baked in herbs and tangelo/lemon juice

Recipe Ingredients for Orange Tilapia

350 g tilapia, aprox 4 fillets
4 T fresh orange juice or tangelo juice (preferred)
2 large oranges, sliced (tangelos preferred),divided
1 T fresh lemon juice
2 T fresh basil, minced
3 T fresh italian parsley, minced
1/4 tsp salt, to taste
1/4 tsp pepper, to taste

Recipe Directions for Orange Tilapia

Line a shallow baking pan with foil and spray with cooking spray. Season both sides of fillets with salt and pepper and place in pan. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over fillets, followed by generous squeezes of orange or tangelo juice. Slice remaining 1-1/2 orange o tangelo. Sprinkle herbs evenly over fillets; top with orange slices. Cover tightly with foil and bake at 375 degrees for 12 minutes.
