Freeze peeled oranges to make for really tasty smoothies, i used sunripe mango tangerine no sugar added juice the recipe thing couldnt find it but any juice would do. Also use plan yogurt or any low fat french vanilla or strawberry **all of the new sunripe juices are really good!!! my favorite is grapefruit

1/2 cup yogurt
1/2 orange
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup frozen strawberries

Recipe Directions for orange sunrise smoothie/slushy

  1. In blender combined all ingredents

  2. I would personally freeze my oranges and then chop them up into cubes.

  3. you could also use fresh strawberries and oranges just add some ice, but it wont be as slushy which i really enjoy!!
