Carrot, Sweet Potato, Butternut Squash

Recipe Ingredients for Orange Soup

1 medium Onions
2 1tsp Olive Oil
2 medium Sweetpotato
2 carrot Carrots
2 cup, cubes Squash, Winter, Butternut
1/4 cup Quinoa
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground

Recipe Directions for Orange Soup

  1. Sautee onions in olive oil until translucent.

  2. Add 8 cups of water bring to boil.

  3. Add cinnamon, quinoa, and chopped veggies and simmer for 30-60 minutes.

  4. Puree and serve hot.

  5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
