A mix of orange vegetables for a warm winter soup

Recipe Ingredients for Orange Soup

1 medium (2" dia, 5" long, raw) Sweetpotato
35 medium Carrots, Baby
1 cup, chopped Onions
1 medium Orange Hothouse Bell Pepper
1.5 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 cup, cubes(140 g) Squash, Winter, Butternut
2 tbsp, crumbled Bay Leaf
2 Cube Chicken Stock Cubes
1 tablespoon Oregano
2 tbsp Curry Powder

Recipe Directions for Orange Soup

Roast all ingredients- except for the chicken stock, bay leaf and carrots - veggies in the oven for 30 minutes. Boil carrots, stock and bay leaf in pot on stove at same time. Remove bay leaves after 30 minutes, add rest of veggies, simmer for 10 then blend. Eat and enjoy!
