I had veggies leftover from Thanksgiving...and I wasn't planning on wasting them.

Recipe Ingredients for Orange soup

4 cups butternut squash
4 cups yams
1 can tomato paste
1 tablespoon basil
1 tablespoon oregano
1 carrot
1 teaspoon salt
1 black pepper

Recipe Directions for Orange soup

  1. Veggies pre-cooked.

  2. Puree in blender with water.

  3. Bring to boil with tomato paste.

  4. Add seasoning.

  5. Cook.
