2 fruit (2-5/8" dia) Oranges
1 Kiwi Kiwi Fruit
1.25 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
2 serving Natural Yoghurt
1 Apple Apples

Recipe Directions for Orange smoothie

  1. Get 4 cubes of ice and crush in blender

  2. Blend bananas

  3. Juice orange, kiwi and apple

  4. Add juice to blender and blend thoroughly before adding yoghurt to taste

  5. Use probiotic yoghurt for extra nutritional benefit
