0.33 oz Peanut Oil
0.5 cup Beans, Snap, Green
1 cup Shredded Carrots
0.25 cup, halves and whole Cashew Nuts, Dry Roasted
0.33 oz Less Sodium Soy Sauce In Dispenser
0.33 oz Orange Juice

Recipe Directions for Orange Shrimp Stir Fry

  1. Saute the chicken in peanut oil with garlic, ginger and red pepper flakes until cooked through.

  2. Add beans and carrots, cashews, orange juice & zest, and soy sauce. Saute for 3 minutes.

  3. Toss in the shrimp and saute until the shrimp are cooked through. Serve immediately over brown rice.
