Rabbit (or chicken) with the oriental flavors of orange, ginger, brown sugar, and soy.

Recipe Ingredients for Orange rabbit (or chicken)

32 oz Rabbit
0.5 cup Orange Juice, Frozen Concentrate, Unsweetened, Undiluted
6 tsp packed Sugars, Brown
0.5 tsp Ground Ginger
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 tbsp Parsley, Dried
1 tsp Paprika
1 tbsp Soy Sauce

Recipe Directions for Orange rabbit (or chicken)

  1. Rinse meat and pat dry.

  2. Sprinkle with paprika and place under broiler on PAM-sprayed foil covered baking sheet. Broil until brown on all sides.

  3. Place into dutch oven or crock pot. Place sliced onion on top.

  4. Mix orange juice concentrate, 1/3 cup water, brown sugar, ginger, and parsley and pour over chicken.

  5. Cook on low 8 hours.
