Recipe Ingredients for Orange Granola Bar

2 c orange juice concentrate
2/3 c canola oil
2 c oats
1/2 c unsweetened coconut
1 c dates
1 c dried currants
1 c wheat germ
1/2 c oat flour
1 c sunflower seeds
1/4 c sugar

Recipe Directions for Orange Granola Bar

  1. melt orange juice concentrate and oil together, set aside.

  2. chop dates

  3. mix rest of ingredients

  4. pour concentrate & oil mixture over other ingredients and stir until well coated.

  5. Press the mixture into oiled 9 x 12 pan

  6. bake 300 F for 45 minutes

  7. Cool slightly and slice into 24 bars
