Recipe Ingredients for Orange-Glazed Ham Steak & Pineapples

16 oz Pork, Cured, Ham, Steak, Boneless, Extra Lean, Unheated
1 cup Orange Juice
2 tsp Frenchs Mustard Honey Dijon
6 tsp SPLENDA Brown Sugar Blend
2 cup Pineapple Chunks in 100% Juice
1 tbsp Butter

Recipe Directions for Orange-Glazed Ham Steak & Pineapples

  1. Melt Butter in Skillet.

  2. Add Ham Steaks and heat through.

  3. Remove Ham Steaks and keep nearby.

  4. Add 1 cup orange juice to the skillet. Add Mustard & Brown Sugar and let heat until the sauce thickens.

  5. Add pineapples and cook another two minutes.

  6. Add Ham Steaks, coating both sides with sauce.
