This is the stir fry that I made with Paul on 4/5 and ate for leftovers at work.

Recipe Ingredients for Orange Ginger Stir Fry

1 bunch broccoli
1 1/2 lbs chicken breast
1 large white onion
1 green bell pepper
1 zucchini
1 squash
15 tbs Stir Fry Marinade Sauce
1 tbs canola oil
350 g pineapple

Recipe Directions for Orange Ginger Stir Fry

  1. Coat the wok with oil and heat on over high heat

  2. Chop and vegetables in small pieces

  3. Cook chicken in small batches until cooked through.

  4. Saute the chopped onion in the wok and set aside

  5. Saute the rest of the chopped vegetables

  6. Add in cooked chicken and onions.

  7. Add in stir-fry sauce and cook until vegetables are cooked through.
