Pork tenderloin marinated in a zippy orange giner sauce.

Recipe Ingredients for Orange Ginger Pork

16 oz Pork, Fresh, Loin, Tenderloin
3 clove Garlic
1 tsp Ginger, Ground
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
1/2 cup Soup, Chicken Broth
84 grams Clover Honey
90 grams Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
1 tbsp Orange Peel

Recipe Directions for Orange Ginger Pork

  1. Heat oil in small sauce pan; add minced garlic and ginger. Heat for 1 minute. Add remaining ingredients.

  2. Slice pork into 2 inch medalions. Pound to 1/2 inch thickness. Place in a resealable bag and add marinde; refrigerate for up to 4 hours.

  3. Heat a large skillet; add 1 tablespoon canola oil. Cook pork until juices run clear, about 4 minutes per side.

  4. Serve with brown rice.
