Recipe Ingredients for orange-ginger glazed tempeh

8 oz Five grain Tempeh
2 serving Orange Juice
1/4 cup Mrs Butterworths Original Syrup
18 4/5 grams Naturally Brewed Less Sodium Soy Sauce
1 tsp Spices Ground Coriander
0.166 oz Ground Ginger Spice
2 carrot Carrots
1 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil
780 grams Rice, Brown, Medium-grain, Cooked

Recipe Directions for orange-ginger glazed tempeh

  1. cook rice

  2. boil carrots 10 mins

  3. boil tempeh 10 mins

  4. pat tempeh dry, chop

  5. heat fry pan with oil. brown tempeh. mix oj, syrup, and spices in bowl.

  6. Add mix and carrots to tempeh. simmer till syrupy.

  7. serve over rice
