Asian inspired, simple chicken dish

Recipe Ingredients for Orange Ginger Chicken

1 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp chili oil
16 oz boneless skinless chicken breasts (I cut into cubes)
1/2 c orange marmalade (I use the reduced sugar kind)
3 tbsp soy sauce (low sodium fine)
1 tbsp minced ginger (grating it works well)
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp water as needed

Recipe Directions for Orange Ginger Chicken

  1. Serving Suggestion: Rice and green beans

  2. Heat oils over medium heat. Gently cook ginger and garlic.

  3. Add chicken, cook 6min/side until done.

  4. Add marmalade and soy sauce. Cook 2 min or until thick and bubbly.

  5. Add water to thin as needed.
