Recipe Ingredients for Orange Ginger Carrot Cake

2 1/2 cup, chopped Carrots
9 pieces Crystallized Ginger
1 1/4 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
2 tsp Baking Powder
1/8 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
1 serving Ground Ginger Spice
1/4 cup Butter
1/4 cup Total 0% Plain Greek Yogurt
125 grams Organic Sucanat
70 grams SPLENDA Sugar Blend for Baking
2 large Egg, White
0.33 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid

Recipe Directions for Orange Ginger Carrot Cake

Mix dry ingredients together with zest from 1 orange. Blend wet ingredients. Mix in flour mixture into wet ingredients slowly. Blend carrots and ginger in with spoon at end. Bake at 375 as muffins, cake or loaf.
