Recipe Ingredients for Orange cranberry muffins

1 1/4 cup All-Bran cereal
1 1/3 cup yogurt (full fat)
1 egg
1/4 cup orange zest
1/2 cup orange juice (with pulp)
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup melted butter
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups cranberries

Recipe Directions for Orange cranberry muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 375F annd grease muffin tray

  2. Mix cereal and yogurt and let stand

  3. Mix orange zest with wet ingredients (egg, orange juice, honey, butter)

  4. Mix dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, soda, salt)

  5. Add cranberries to dry ingredients

  6. Mix cereal and yogurt with wet ingredients

  7. Mix wet and dry ingredients - don't over mix

  8. Bake for 25 minute

  9. Remove and let stand for 10 minutes

  10. Serve warm
