Orange Cranberry Bran Muffins w/Whole Wheat Flour

Recipe Ingredients for Orange Cranberry Bran Muffins

3 cup whole wheat flour
2 cup bran cereal
1 cup toasted wheat germ
1/2 cup Calorie Free Sweetener
2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cup buttermilk
15 oz. pumpkin
1 cup orange juice
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup Molasses
2 tsp. grated orange peel
2 cup cranberries
1 cup walnuts

Recipe Directions for Orange Cranberry Bran Muffins

Mix dry ingredients. Mix wet ingredients. Mix together. Let mix sit for 4 hours prior to baking at 375 for 20 minutes. Keep extra batter in the refrigerator for up to one month.
