Sweet and easy stir-fry dish. Can be served over rice or eaten with vermicelli noodles.

Recipe Ingredients for Orange Chicken Stir-Fry

1/2 cup orange juice
2 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp mirin
2 tsp ginger, grated
1 tsp orange peel, grated
1 garlic clove, minced
1 lb boneless chicken
3 cups green peppers, yellow peppers, snow peas, carrots, green onion, mushrooms and onions

Recipe Directions for Orange Chicken Stir-Fry

Mix 1/2 oil, orange juice, peel, mirin, ginger, garlic, soy sauce together. Cut up chicken in bite size pieces and merinate in sauce for 1 hour or longer. Stir fry chicken till done add vegetables and cook till done. Add sauce and cook till bubbly. Can add cornstarch to thicken if you like.
