Recipe Ingredients for orange chicken

32 oz Chicken
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
1 cup Orange Juice
2 oz Soy Sauce
4 oz Domino Dark Brown Sugar
8 oz Distilled White Vinegar
3 clove Garlic
8 fl oz Organic Low Sodium Chicken Broth
1 tsp Pepper, Red Or Cayenne
3 tbsp Corn Starch
0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water
2 tsp Ginger Root

Recipe Directions for orange chicken

  1. stir all the sauce ingredients together except the corn starch and water. You can add dried hot peppers and orange zest to the sauce at the end

  2. heat to simmer, add cold water and corn starch to thicken. cook chicken breasts in heated canola oil, (do not add the oil to the sauce) on stove top in pan until desired doneness. Top with sauce, add rice on the side.
