Recipe Ingredients for Orange Broiled Salmon

8 oz salmon filet
1 tsp butter
1/2 fruit yeild orange juice
2 tsp brown sugar
1 Kosher salt
1 Black pepper

Recipe Directions for Orange Broiled Salmon

  1. Season salmon filets with freshly ground black peppercorns and kosher salt

  2. Combine butter, juice of one half orange and brown sugar

  3. Baste salmon with butter, broil 4 inches from heat for 5 minutes. Re-baste and broil an additional 5 minutes.

  4. Garnish with thin slices from remaining half orange.
