Recipe Ingredients for Orange/Bran Muffins

1/2 c. white flour
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. wheat germ
1/2 c. flax seed meal
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. canola oil
1/2 c. orange juice
1 c. fresh berries
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 eggs

Recipe Directions for Orange/Bran Muffins

  1. place dry ingredients in mixing bowl

  2. in center of dry ingredients add eggs, oil, orange juice and brown sugar, mix well

  3. add berries

  4. put into muffin tin and bake at 350 degress for 17 minutes
