Variation of the Abs-Diet Smoothie. Works great for me keeping me full.

Recipe Ingredients for Orange Blueberry Smoothie

1 cup Orange Juice
1 tablespoons Ground flaxseed
1/2 cup Oats, Regular And Quick And Instant
1/2 cup blueberries
1 tablespoons peanut butter
2 scoops Whey Protein Powder
1 cup water

Recipe Directions for Orange Blueberry Smoothie

  1. Add oats, blueberries, OJ and flaxseed to blender

  2. Turn on blender

  3. while blender is running, add PB and Protein powder.

  4. Run on High about 20-30sec for a good mix
