3/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice (1.5 oranges or 5 clementine oranges)
1/2 cup spinach

Recipe Directions for Orange banana spinach smoothie take 2

  1. Peel oranges and put in blender. Blend. Pour the result through a cieve to filter out the largest chunks of pulp. Rinse out blender and add juice to blender.

  2. Add banana and spinach. Blend and enjoy.
