Recipe Ingredients for Orange-Banana Nut Bread

2 cups flour
2/3 cups sugar
1 tbs baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup walnuts
2 eggs
1 cup bananas
1/2 cup orange juice
3 tbs butter

Recipe Directions for Orange-Banana Nut Bread

Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and nuts. Blend eggs, bananas, orange juice and melted butter. Add liquid all at once to flour mixture stirring only until flour is moistened. Turn into a greased 9X5 loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees 1 hour and 10 minutes or until a cake tester comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan.
