6 oranges
1 apple
3 bananas
5 c diced mango
4 tbsp ground flax seeds
36 oz water

  1. place all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth

  2. pour into a large juice jug and refridgerate

  3. add your favorite protein powder or yogurt to each glass you pour
