Steam in the microwave for a quick meal. I use a ziploc steamer bag - but I'm sure other methods would work.

Recipe Ingredients for Orange Balsamic Salmon Fillet

4 4/5 ounces Salmon
1/2 tsp grated orange peel
1/2 tsp balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp honey
1/8 tsp salt
1 1/2 tbsp orange juice
1/2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1/4 tsp honey

Recipe Directions for Orange Balsamic Salmon Fillet

Combine orange peel, 1/2 tsp. vinegar, 1/2 tsp. honey and salt. Brush or pour on the fillet. Place in the bag and microwave for 3-1/2 minutes. Let stand for 1 minute. While salmon is cooking, combine remaining ingredients (oj, vinegar and honey). Use this as a dipping sauce for the fillet.
