Recipe Ingredients for Orange Baked Acorn Squash

2 acorn squash
1/4 cup orange juice concentrate
3 tsp margarine
1/4 tsp brown sugar twin
1 tsp nutmeg
1/8 tsp cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Orange Baked Acorn Squash

  1. Preheat oven to 350

  2. Half and seed squash

  3. Fill baking dish w/ 1 inch water

  4. Place squash halves cut side down in water and bake for 40 minutes

  5. Whisk OJ, margarine (2 Tbsp), brown sugar twin, nutmeg, and cinnamon

  6. Turn squash over and drizzle mixture evenly over squash

  7. Bake additional 20 minutes
