Recipe Ingredients for Orange and Arugula Salad

3 tbsp Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
0.25 tbsp Honey, Strained Or Extracted
2 cloves, raw Garlic
6 fruit (2-7/8" dia) Oranges
13 cup Arugula
1.5 oz VIGO IMPORTED FETA CHEESE

Recipe Directions for Orange and Arugula Salad

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl, stirring with a whisk.

  2. Peel oranges, and cut each crosswise into 6 slices. Arrange 6 orange slices on each of 6 arugula-lined plates. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon feta over each salad, and drizzle each with 1 tablespoon dressing.
