Open faced Chicken Salad served on the spine of a Romaine leaf

Recipe Ingredients for Open Sesame Chicken

4 thigh, bone and skin removed Chicken, Thigh, Meat Only
1 medium White Onion
1 oz Real Mayonnaise
3 1tsp Olive Oil
5 tbsp Sesame Seeds
4 cups Hearts of Romaine

Recipe Directions for Open Sesame Chicken

  1. Rough chop four large roasted chicken thighs.

  2. Chop white onion

  3. Put meat and onion in food processer

  4. add Mayonase and olive oil

  5. Serve on whole leafs of hearts of romain and top with sesame seeds
