Recipe Ingredients for Open-Faced Philly Cheesesteak

2 serving Slow Roasted Shaved Roast Beef
0.5 cup, sliced Onions
0.25 medium Orange Hothouse Bell Pepper
1 cup, diced Mushrooms, Portabella
2 clove Garlic
3 slice Fat Free Singles Cheese Product
1.5 roll Select 100% Whole Wheat Pre-Sliced Sandwich Thins
0.25 serving Garlic

Recipe Directions for Open-Faced Philly Cheesesteak

  1. Thinly slice vegetables, mince garlic and chop meat.

  2. Sautee veggies in butter until mushrooms are browned and onions transleucent.

  3. Add garlic and meat and cook until brown.

  4. Top with cheese slices and take off heat. Cover until melted.

  5. Serve over 1/2 of a toasted sandwich thin.
