Recipe Ingredients for Open-face Chicken Fajita

1 serving Wheat Tortilla (kroger)
0.5 cup, chopped or diced Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
0.5 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
0.5 cup, chopped Onions
0.13 cup Fancy Mild Cheddar Shredded Cheese
2 tbsp Baja Chipotle Marinade

Recipe Directions for Open-face Chicken Fajita

Sautee chopped onions and peppers. Cut chicken breast into small strips or chunks and cook in skillet. Place tortilla in clean skillet on low heat, add chicken, onions, and peppers and spread over tortilla. Sprinkle cheese over top and cook until tortilla is crisped on bottom and cheese had started to melt.
