1 package, small (3 oz)(85 g) Cream Cheese

Recipe Directions for Oopsie Rolls

  1. Separate eggs (yolks from whites) - Make a meringue from the whites (add some cream of tartar - a pinch - to help stiffen the egg whites.

  2. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese (cold, not softened) and egg yolks till smooth... Fold in egg whites - dollop on cookie sheet and flatten to size of a bun or your desired shape.

  3. bake at 300 for 25 minutes
