Lo-carb bread. I make 9 pieces the size of a small bun.

Recipe Ingredients for Oopsie Bread

3 large eggs
1/8 tsp cream of tartar
3 ozs cream cheese
1/8 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Oopsie Bread

  1. Separate eggs and add cream cheese to the yolks.

  2. In a separate bowl, whip egg whites and cream of trtar until stiff.

  3. Gradually add the yolk mixture, folding in carefully.

  4. Spray a cooking sheet with non-stick spray and spoon the mixture onot the sheet, making 9 mounds. Flatten each with the back of a spoon.

  5. Bake 25-30 minutes --they should be soft, not crumbly. Store in loosely open sack. Can be frozen

  6. Notes: If you are making these for meat sandwichs, add dill, dry mustard or Italian seasoning to the yolk mixture. If you want a sweeter bun, add a sweetener of your preference.
