1 lb shrimp
1 cup feta cheese
12 oz evaporated milk
1 cup chives
1 cup tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup olives, green, chopped
1/2 cup purple onion, chopped

Recipe Directions for Oopa! Shrimp Bake

Combine shrimp, feta, milk and chopped chives in a baking dish sprayed with Pam. Bake until golden brown and bubbly. Garnish with chopped tomatoes, olives & purple onions.
