Fruit 'n' Nut Granola (Cooking Light)

Recipe Ingredients for oona

4 cups regular oats
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup molasses
1/3 cup water
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 Cooking spray
1 cup raisins (packed)

Recipe Directions for oona

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees

  2. Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl; stir mixture well

  3. Combine honey, molasses, water and oil in a medium saucepan; bring to a boil

  4. Pour over oat mixture, stirring well to coat

  5. Spoon mixture onto a jelly-roll pan coated with cooking spray; spread evenly

  6. Bake at 325 degrees F for 40 minutes or until lightly toasted, stirring every 10 minutes

  7. Remove from oven; stir in raisins

  8. Cool completely

  9. Store in an airtight container
