Recipe Ingredients for Onions and Peppers

2 Onions
2 red Peppers
15 oz can diced tomatoes
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 cup fresh basil
4 cloves garlic
1 cup Marsala wine
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Recipe Directions for Onions and Peppers

slice onions and peppers. sprinkle with salt and pepper. Saute in olive oil. Add oregano, garlic and basil. Saute one minute. Add tomatoes tomato paste and wine and red pepper flakes. Simmer 20 minutes.
