Sauteed in olive oil with spices and garlic. Serve with sausage in subs.

Recipe Ingredients for Onions & Peppers & Mushrooms

1 onion
2 peppers
2 cloves garlic
1 T olive oil
4 oz mushrooms
1/4 t ground pepper
1/2 t italian seasoning

Recipe Directions for Onions & Peppers & Mushrooms

  1. Slice mushrooms and cook in water til softened.

  2. Drain mushrooms.

  3. Slice onion into rings, saute in olive oil with chopped garlic and spices.

  4. Add peppers and saute with onion.

  5. When cooked, add mushrooms and toss to coat with olive oil so flavors blend.
